Regarding to this issue, this study aimed to know parking characteristic, cost and revenue components.<br \/>\nFrom surveys and analisys result, knows that vehicle of wheel two parked was 731 vehicles and 698 vehicles for the vehicle of four wheel with percentage of short term parking is 82,59 % and long term parking is 17,41 %. The peak of parking accumulation happened between 19:31-20:00 WIB with 102 vehicles. The parking index was 50,05 %. The average parking duration was 1 hours.<br \/>\nThe parkingturn over was 3,45 and the occupancy rate was 27,74 % from all parking capacity. The age of investment assumed for 15 years, total income for motorcycle and car equal to Rp. 11.243.687.000,00 with existing cost method. The development for parking building costs Rp. 6.157.273.410,00 and for the operational equal to Rp. 6.547.832.268,00. With the investment analisys results are :<br \/>\n&#8211; NPV : Rp. \u2013 1.390.262.323,00<br \/>\n&#8211; BCR : 0,88<br \/>\n&#8211; PBP : 20 tahun<br \/>\nThe analisys result shows that Metro Indah Mall management were unfeasible for the investment at this time if the initial cost had to be paid by the operational management building parking and the return investment just taken from parking revenue.
