Customer loyalty can be created by giving add value what the needed the customer with serviceses customer satisfication. Customer loyalty be hope going to create \u201cword of mouth\u201d between of customers strongly, so push to create new customers without need marketing cost so much. Customer loyalty can be performed by after sales service and sales service. PT. Astra International Daihatsu branch Cibiru Sales Operation to give customer satisfication by after sales service and sales service. Salesman did all services by manually so that forgetted many customer although supervisor include to monitor the after sales service. To improve services, resercher develop application after sales service.
