The working unit of Intellectual Proper Right (UPT HKI) is an independent orgnnizatian responsible for service operational technique task, especially for the Padjaja University community as well as the broader community in\u00a0 the area of Intellectual Property Right. Within the UPT HKI,\u00a0 there are a number of working units including HKI data collection unit, archiving unit, development unit, and comercialization unit. As the number of working unit in the organization, UPT HKI does not hare a compulerized system to support the activities including copy right data collection, trademark data collection, and patent data collection, among others. In this research, the Business System Planning (BSP) method is used for analyzing, defining, designing information architecture, and identiflyng business process. The analyzing process conducted at UPT HKI is in a top-down manner including evaluating enterprise vision, mission, and strategy, mapping business process and organization, data identification, and problem identification at the management side. Analyting results of BSP is in the form of information architecture proposal, especially for defining service support, and development priority criteria
