Dosen dan pegawai nonakademik merupakan bagian dari Institut yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan Institut. Tujuan tersebut akan tercapai apabila didukung produktivitas yang tinggi dari para dosen dan pegawai nonakademik. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan pengukuran employee engagement berdasarkan Development Dimension International (DDI) dun National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 74 dosen tetap, serta 116 pegawai nonakademik di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tingkat engagement (skala 1-4) dosen adalah 2,85 dan untuk pegawai nonakademik adalah 2,79. Hal\u00a0 ini menunjukkan para dosen dan pegawai nonakademik belun mencapai tingkat engaged yang tinggi. Item employee engagement dengan nilai indeks terendah adalah mengenai perlakuan yarrg adil, pertanggungjawaban, dan umpan balik dari hasil pekeriaan.
