Salah satu cara untuk memperbaiki kualitas lasan termasuk ketidakhomogenan fasa dan\u00a0sifat mekanik adalah dengan Post weld heat treatment (PWHT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\u00a0mengetahui pengaruh parameter post weld heat treatment terhadap kualitas lasan pada pengelasan dua\u00a0jenis baja yang berbeda yaitu AISI 304 dan AISI 405. Metode pengelasan yang dipilih adalah submerge\u00a0arc welding dengan tiga variasi arus (80, 90 dan 100 Amper). Proses PWHT dilakukan melalui variasi\u00a0temperatur pemanasan yaitu 450 oC dan 1100 oC dengan waktu tahan masing-masing 4 dan 9 jam dan\u00a0variasi laju pendinginan.
