The used parameters in this analysis are boundary charge as leakage current representation, and charge dentsity and dielectric permittivity as pollutant condition representations on insulator surface.<\/p>\n<p>The result showed taht as the insulator surface charge rose, the electric field on the insulator shed tips increased considerably. The Highest rate was occurred on the tip of third or lowest shed, 248 V\/m for every one nanocoulomb incrased. Whereas the potensial values on the shed tips rose linearly, with the slopes were nearly same, 7.57, 7.43 and 6.76 V per picocoulomb on first, second and third shed tips respectively. Otherwisw, the effect of the pollutant permittivity on first shed tip did not modify the electric field on the shed tips significantly. Whereas, the effect of its charge density influenced the electric field magnitudes on the shed tips. The highest effect was occurred on first shed, 3.61 V\/m for every one nanocoulomb increased.
