Implementasi Jfreechart Pada Aplikasi After Sales Service

ABSTRAK

To win business competation, enterprise not only concern to their main product, but the enterprise must capable to create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty can be created by giving add value what the needed the customer with serviceses customer satisfication. Customer loyalty be hope going to create “word of mouth” between of customers strongly, so push to create new customers without need marketing cost so much. Customer loyalty can be performed by after sales service and sales service. PT. Astra International Daihatsu branch Cibiru Sales Operation to give customer satisfication by after sales service and sales service. Salesman did all services by manually so that forgetted many customer although supervisor include to monitor the after sales service. To improve services, resercher develop application after sales service. The application after service used JFreeChart to monitoring services what did by salesman used by Supervisor.
