APLIKASI DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BERBASIS WEB DINAS PENDIDIKAN BPPTKPK

Companies that have a number of paper documents are very large, generally will have some problems, such as problems in the process of documenting, printing, distributing, and taking back the documents needed at any given time. Regulation or document management is done manually ofien will lead to loss of doatments and needs considerable storage space. Carrently, the education office BPPTKPK {Balai Pelatihan Pendidikan Dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Kejuruan) Bandung does not have an application to manage docament that often expeience problems in managing the document, there for BPPTKPK requires an application for managing documents lcnown as Document Management System (DMS). In this study, researchers will develop DMS applications for BPPTKPK, with DMS applications so that paper docaments are converted in digital form and stored in digial sbrage use MySQL. So for the search, discover, display, printing and even distribution of the document can be done firually thtough computer networks by webbased. To set the secuity plicy can be apptied in the management of these documents through setting permissions each user, so the only prty entitled to can accesE the document according to his privilege.
