The Implementation of KANO METHOD for Defining Features in Information System of Food Inventory

ABSTRAK

Kano method is used to analyze consumer’s satisfactions toward a product or a service. Kano Method classify consume needs into three categories: 1. Must be, 2. One dimensional, 3.Attractive. In this paper, Kano method is applied to identify types of customer’s satisfaction on system information of food inventory in Bangka Belitung, Island in Indonesia. The program application is developed using GUI an features which will be used in the long term.
The application provides representations of data, irrformation and features based on Kano method.
