(ITIC)

Itenas Technology and Innovation
Championship (ITIC) is a national-level
robotics and innovation contest organized
by the Informatics Study Program, a program
undertaken by the Department of Informatics
Engineering in collaboration with Student
Association of Informatics Engineering. This
year ITIC’s theme was TECHNOVATURE,
shortened from ‘Technology and Innovation
For Future’. This theme was chosen with the
hope that the event might have the power
to motivate the nation’s next generations to
always innovate using technology in order to
make a better life in the future. The previous
ITIC event had been conducted in 2015 at
Bandung Electronic Center, while this 2nd
ITIC took place on April 11th -12th, 2018 at
Balai Dayang Sumbi (GSG Itenas), and was
in colaboration with prominent Indonesian
robotic institutions and communities such
as Roboclub, Fujisoft Indonesia, and HRC
++. The event was attended by participants
from a wide variety of backgrounds, from
elementary school students to public in
general, as well as participants from various
provinces in Indonesia, and even from other
countries.
